How do I create or join a group?

Open the app, go to the Groups section, and tap the "+" button. You can create a new group or join an existing one using an invite code.

How do I add tasks or groceries?

Navigate to the Tasks or Groceries section and tap the "+" button. Fill in the details and select which group members should see it.

How do I track and split expenses?

Go to the Expenses section, add a new expense, enter the amount, and select who paid and who should split it. Trak automatically calculates who owes what.

Can I use Trak without creating a group?

Yes! You can use Trak for personal organization. Create tasks, events, and track your own expenses without joining or creating a group.

Is my data private and secure?

Absolutely. Your data is encrypted and secure. Only you and the group members you explicitly share with can see your information. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

Common Issues

I forgot my password

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email. We'll send you instructions to reset your password.

The app isn't syncing

Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, contact support.

How do I leave a group?

Open the group, tap the settings icon, and select "Leave Group." Your data will remain with the group, but you'll no longer have access.
